开启海上养殖新模式,5G智慧养殖方案助推海洋经济高质量发展

11月19日-20日,由宁德市委、宁德市人民政府、中国渔业协会等单位共同主办的第六届中国大黄鱼文化节在宁德拉开帷幕。中国移动福建宁德分公司(以下简称“宁德移动”)联手华为及产业伙伴共同发布了“5G智慧养殖”解决方案,助推海洋经济新一轮高质量发展。大黄鱼是我国特有的地方性海水鱼类,体色鲜艳、肉质鲜美,含有丰富的蛋白质、微量元素和维生素,对人体有很好的补益作用。宁德是全国最大的大黄鱼养殖产区,2021年宁德市大黄鱼年产量达19.1万吨,占全国养殖总量的80%以上,产值达69.18亿元。上世纪六七十年代,由于过度捕捞,野生大黄鱼频临灭绝,产量稀少且价格昂贵。大黄鱼的人工养殖,经历了普通网箱养殖、抗风浪网箱养殖、水泥桩铜网围海养殖、钢管桩铜网围海养殖、大型养殖工船等发展阶段。随着信息化技术在海洋领域的应用,海上养殖、临海产业、海上旅游等迅速壮大,海洋场景的移动通信需求日益迫切。针对海洋场景的网络覆盖需求,宁德移动联合华为依托700M广覆盖能力,同时采用700M+2.6G多频协同组网,增强上、下行容量,选取海边、海岛等高海拔位置建设5G基站,实现海上5G网络信号全覆盖。在5G网络的基础上,宁德移动联手华为和产业伙伴一起,针对海上养殖所面临的行业痛点,开展数字化、智能化的研究和探索。在本届大黄鱼节上,多方共同发布了“5G智慧养殖”解决方案。5G智慧养殖方案,面向近海渔排和深远海装备养殖业主,可以帮助业主实现海上养殖的自动化、智能化、智慧化,达到看得见、管的着、喂的精、养的好,提升养殖品质,提高投入产出比。目前方案已实现“鱼群状态实时监控”、“死鱼杂物和渔网破损巡检”、“生蚝尺寸测量和水质监测”、“水下死鱼和杂物清理”等功能。鱼群状态实时监控:在渔排网箱中部署水下摄像头,通过5G网络回传到宁德移动的智慧海洋平台集中监控鱼群的各种状态,以便及时发现问题采取应对措施,并且满足未来众筹养殖,渔旅,直播卖货等新业务场景需求。死鱼、杂物和渔网破损巡检:部署水下机器人定期对渔网四边和底部巡检是否有破损,以及网箱内杂物,提前发现小孔或破损迹象,及时采取应对措施避免渔网大范围破损带来的巨额渔获损失;同时,水下机器人拍摄的视频也可以通过5G网络实时回传到后台,未来利用AI能力,做到无人化自动巡检。生蚝尺寸测量和水质监测:水下机器人可以携带激光标尺或水质监测仪等配件,通过5G网络将数据实时传给平台,利用平台的AI计算能力,对生蚝扇贝等水产的尺寸进行测算,以便业主及时掌握生蚝扇贝的生长情况。另外,通过对水质的摸测方便业主评估和挑选适宜的养殖场所。水下死鱼和杂物清理:渔排水底如果存在病、死鱼、不干净杂物时会极大的影响水质,同时将疾病传播给其他鱼,带来更大损失;水下机器人在巡检过程中如果发现死鱼时,可以及时利用配套的机械臂/捕网工具将死鱼或杂物及时清理出来。未来随着AI能力的逐步完善和成熟,智慧养殖方案将进一步增强,提供更加智能化的功能。例如:通过AI识别大黄鱼的尺寸大小和数量,精确计算出渔排产量,鱼饲料的投放量,实现更精准的投资和产出;通过AI识别大黄鱼的饥饿度和生病状态等,结合自动喂养设备和远程鱼类诊断医院提升大黄鱼的喂养品质,并降低养殖成本。文化节期间,宁德移动联合华为打造了颇为吸睛的“5G展车”,以5G智慧海洋为主题,向参展人员全面展示了宁德移动在“惠民、兴业、善政”方面所取得的成果,其中最为引人注目是宁德移动建设的5G智慧海洋管理平台,通过展厅现场的大屏,可以清晰的看到通过水下高清摄像头拍摄到的鱼群实时回传画面。5G技术正在使近海、深海、远海成为海洋经济发展的“良田”与“粮仓”。展望未来,宁德移动将联合华为,继续完善海洋5G网络覆盖,实现从有到优。同时联合产业伙伴基于优质的5G网络覆盖,拓展更多的5G智慧海洋应用,加速推进海洋经济实现新一轮高质量发展。

Opening a new model of marine farming, 5G smart farming solutions promote high-quality development of the marine economy. From November 19th to 20th, the 6th China Large Yellow Croaker Cultural Festival, co-sponsored by the Ningde Municipal Party Committee, Ningde Municipal People s Government, China Fisheries Association and other units, kicked off in Ningde. China Mobile Fujian Ningde Branch (hereinafter referred to as CATL Mobile ) teamed up with Huawei and industry partners to jointly release the 5G Smart Farming solution to promote a new round of high-quality development of the marine economy. Large yellow croaker is a unique local seawater fish in my country. It has bright color and delicious meat. It is rich in protein, trace elements and vitamins and has a good tonic effect on the human body. Ningde is the largest large yellow croaker breeding area in the country. In 2021, Ningde City's annual large yellow croaker output reached 191,000 tons, accounting for more than 80% of the country's total aquaculture, with an output value of 6.918 billion yuan. In the 1960s and 1970s, due to overfishing, wild large yellow croakers were on the verge of extinction, making them scarce and expensive. The artificial breeding of large yellow croaker has gone through development stages such as ordinary cage culture, wind and wave resistant cage culture, cement pile and copper mesh enclosure culture, steel pipe pile and copper mesh enclosure culture, and large-scale breeding work ships. With the application of information technology in the marine field, maritime farming, coastal industries, maritime tourism, etc. have grown rapidly, and the demand for mobile communications in marine scenes has become increasingly urgent. In response to the network coverage needs of marine scenarios, Ningde Mobile and Huawei relied on 700M wide coverage capabilities and adopted 700M+2.6G multi-frequency collaborative networking to enhance uplink and downlink capacity. They selected high-altitude locations such as seaside and islands to build 5G base stations to achieve full coverage of 5G network signals at sea. Based on the 5G network, Ningde Mobile has teamed up with Huawei and industry partners to carry out digital and intelligent research and exploration on the industry pain points faced by offshore farming. At this year's Big Yellow Croaker Festival, many parties jointly released the 5G Smart Breeding solution. The 5G smart farming solution is aimed at owners of offshore fishing rafts and deep-sea equipment farming. It can help owners realize automation, intelligence, and wisdom in offshore farming, so as to achieve visibility, management, precise feeding, and good breeding, improve the quality of farming, and increase the input-output ratio. The current solution has implemented functions such as real-time monitoring of fish status , inspection of dead fish and debris and damaged fishing nets , oyster size measurement and water quality monitoring , and cleaning of underwater dead fish and debris . Real-time monitoring of the status of fish stocks: Underwater cameras are deployed in fishing raft cages and transmitted back to Ningde Mobile's smart ocean platform through the 5G network to centrally monitor the various statuses of fish stocks so that problems can be discovered in a timely manner and countermeasures can be taken to meet the needs of new business scenarios such as crowdfunding and breeding, fishing tourism, and live-streaming sales in the future. Inspection of dead fish, debris and damaged fishing nets: Deploy underwater robots to regularly inspect the sides and bottom of the fishing nets for damage, as well as debris in the cages to detect small holes or signs of damage in advance and take timely measures to avoid huge catch losses caused by large-scale damage to the fishing nets. At the same time, the video captured by the underwater robot can also be transmitted back to the background in real time through the 5G network. In the future, AI capabilities will be used to achieve unmanned automatic inspections. Oyster size measurement and water quality monitoring: Underwater robots can carry accessories such as laser rulers or water quality monitors, transmit data to the platform in real time through the 5G network, and use the platform's AI computing power to measure the size of aquatic products such as oysters and scallops, so that owners can timely grasp the growth of oysters and scallops. In addition, the water quality test facilitates owners to evaluate and select suitable breeding sites. Underwater dead fish and debris cleaning: If there are diseases, dead fish, and unclean debris at the bottom of the fishing drainage, it will greatly affect the water quality and spread the disease to other fish, causing greater losses; if the underwater robot finds dead fish during the inspection process, it can use the supporting mechanical arm/net tool to clean up the dead fish or debris in time. In the future, as AI capabilities gradually improve and mature, smart breeding solutions will be further enhanced to provide more intelligent functions. For example: AI is used to identify the size and quantity of large yellow croaker, and accurate calculations of fishing raft production and fish feed volume are implemented to achieve more accurate investment and output; AI is used to identify the hunger and disease status of large yellow croaker, and automatic feeding equipment and remote fish diagnosis hospitals are combined to improve the feeding quality of large yellow croaker and reduce breeding costs. During the Cultural Festival, Ningde Mobile and Huawei built an eye-catching 5G exhibition car with the theme of 5G Smart Ocean, which comprehensively demonstrated to the exhibitors Ningde Mobile's achievements in benefiting the people, developing industry, and good governance. The most eye-catching one is the 5G smart ocean management platform built by Ningde Mobile. Through the large screen in the exhibition hall, you can clearly see the real-time feed back images of fish schools captured by underwater high-definition cameras. 5G technology is making offshore, deep sea and far sea become fertile farmland and granary for the development of marine economy. Looking forward to the future, CATL will join hands with Huawei to continue to improve marine 5G network coverage and achieve excellence from existing ones. At the same time, we will work with industry partners to expand more 5G smart marine applications based on high-quality 5G network coverage and accelerate the realization of a new round of high-quality development of the marine economy
